Importing Toolpath Strategies
To bring over your toolpath strategy templates from EnRoute:
Open the File menu in Ibex.
Scroll to the bottom and click Import Legacy Strategies.
Navigate to your EnRoute installation folder and locate StrategyTemplates.ini
.
Select Open to begin importing the strategies.
After import, open the Templates flyout on the right-hand side of the screen to verify your templates have appeared.
The imported strategies should now show in their respective categories within the Templates menu.
Importing the Tool Library
To transfer your existing tools from EnRoute:
Open the Tool Library from the Manufacture Ribbon.
Click Import Library on the right side of the Tool Library window.
Locate your ToolLibrary.ini
file in your EnRoute folder and click Open.
A prompt will ask whether you want to clear the existing library before importing:
Select Yes to replace the current tools with only the imported ones.
Select No to merge the imported tools with your existing tool library.
Click OK to complete the import process.
Using EnRoute ATP Files in AutoCut
Ibex AutoCut does not require a separate import process for EnRoute ATP files. To use them:
Launch AutoCut from the main interface.
Click Load AutoCut File.
Navigate to the EnRoute .ATP
file you want to use and click Open.
Ibex will read the ATP configuration and integrate it into your current AutoCut setup.
